Les Miserables Houston | Sarofim Hall

Les Miserables Houston | Sarofim Hall

A new production of ‘Les Miserables’ in celebration of its 25th year anniversary is coming to Houston this fall for a week-long run at the Hobby Center’s Sarofim Hall from November 6 to 11, 2012.

Produced by Cameron Mackintosh, this newly revitalized and re-imagined production of ‘Les Mis’ features an even more gripping and substantial story that celebrates the strength, tenacity and kindness of the human spirit, tighter storytelling, more visually stimulating and compelling set designs and costumes inspired by the artworks of Victor Hugo, and of course, the iconic characters from the musical as well as the classic themes that made ‘Les Mis’ one of, if not the most revered, poignant, timeless, and legendary Broadway musicals of all time. Live the dream for this “five star hit” and “astonishingly powerful” (The London Times) musical will turn all those dreams and aspirations into reality, even at least for just two to three hours.

Show times for ‘Les Miserables’ are at 7:30 PM on November 6, 7, 8 and 11 and 8 PM on November 10. Matinee performances are at 2 PM on November 10 and 11. There will be no performances on November 9. The performance running time is 2 hours 50 minutes with 1 intermission.
