Adapted from the 1950 classic and directed by Christopher Wheldon, An American In Paris tells a story of WWII-soldier-turned-painter Jerry Mulligan settling in Paris after the war intent on starting a new life. Jerry makes new friends, including a French ballerina who he falls in love with, only to discover that she is betrothed to Henri, one of his new friends.
