There’s no better way to celebrate the first days of the New Year than with Cole Porter’s Anything Goes at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts. Join the crew of the S.S. American in Milwaukee in January 2015.
Cole Porter’s delightful Broadway classic, Anything Goes, is filled with zany sailors, saucy socialites, and non-stop dance numbers, including a jaw-dropping eight minute tap sequence that will leave you gasping for air just watching it! Anything Goes has been a musical theatre favorite for decades and has even been adapted to film and television. But nothing beats the magic and mayhem of Cole Porter’s best songs live and on stage.
It’s romance and laughs on the high seas at Milwaukee’s Marcus Center for the Performing Arts when Anything Goes rolls in to town from January 6 through 11 only. The curtains rise at the Uihlein Hall at 7:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; at 8:00pm on Friday and Saturday; and at 6:30pm on Sunday. Afternoon matinees start at 2:00pm on Saturday and at 1:00pm on Sunday. The show has one intermission and runs for 2 hours and 45 minutes.
