The pair of Mormon missionaries that took the theater world by storm are coming to Providence to anchor PPAC’s exciting 2015/2016 season! Opening on November 17, 2015, The Book of Mormon will be at Providence Performing Arts Center until November 22, 2015.
Heralded by Entertainment Weekly as the all-time “funniest musical,” The Book of Mormon is the side-splitting and outrageous musical parody that takes its Providence audience from Utah’s Salt Lake City to Uganda’s far-flung northern region to join the hopeful young Mormons as they try to propagate Mormonism in a village more concerned about hunger, violence, and poverty.
Join the mayhem as The Book of Mormon plays at the Providence Performing Arts Center at 7 PM every Tuesday and Wednesday, at 7:30 PM every Thursday and Friday, at 2 PM and 8 PM every Saturday, and at 1 PM and 6:30 PM every Sunday.
