Chicago is classic Broadway at it’s best with beautiful women, memorable tunes, and sharp dance moves by the legend Bob Fosse. It has played for decades to standing ovations all over the world and was even adapted into an Academy Award winning film starring Catherine Zeta Jones, Renée Zellweger, and Richard Gere. Murder, courtroom drama, and scandal take center stage as the musical portrays the sensationalism of the criminal-as-celebrity.
The Lexington Opera House transforms into a vaudeville stage when Chicago comes to “razzle dazzle” you. The multi-awarded Broadway musical plays in Lexington from November 8 through 10, 2013 only so grab your chance to be blown away by Chicago‘s to die for jail birds. The curtains rise at 8:00pm on Friday and Saturday, and at 6:00pm on Sunday. Afternoon matinees are scheduled at 2:00pm on the 9th and at 1:00pm on the 10th.
