Oh what a night! Jersey Boys, the sensational and acclaimed musical about The Four Seasons, joins the 2015/16 season of Broadway at The National. Opening on April 6, 2016, Jersey Boys has a three-week engagement at The National Theatre until April 24, 2016.
Jersey Boys follows four kids from New Jersey’s back streets who took the music world by storm as the legendary The Four Seasons. Considered as one of the biggest and most celebrated pop sensations in America’s music history, The Four Seasons achieved phenomenal success before their thirties. With direction by Des McAnuff and choreography by Sergio Trujillo, Jersey Boys features book by Rick Elice and Marshall Brickman and score by Bob Crewe and Bob Gaudio. On top of winning in the Tony Awards as Best Musical and the Grammy Awards for Best Musical Show Album in 2006, Jersey Boys went on to win as Best New Musical in the 2009 Olivier Awards and as Best Musical in Australia’s 2010 Helpmann Award.
Celebrate friendship and music as Jersey Boys opens at The National Theatre on April 6 (Wednesday) at 7:30 PM. The performances from Tuesdays through Thursdays are at 7:30 PM, every Friday at 8 PM, every Saturday at 2 PM and 8 PM, and every Sunday at 2 PM and 7:30 PM. The run time of Jersey Boys is 2 hours and 30 minutes with an intermission.
