John Larroquette Gives Way to Beau Bridges on ‘How to Succeed’

Beau Bridges will be taking John Larroquette’s place in the Broadway production of “How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying” in January. Beau will be filling some big shoes. However, John will be returning to Broadway to star in “The Best Man” a few months later in April.

John has won a Tony Award and a Drama Desk Award for the role of J.B. Biggley which he portrays in “How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying.” Needless to say he will be hard to replace, Larroquette earned his fame on television starring in “Night Court,” “The John Larroquette Show,” and most recently “Boston Legal” to name just a few of the many shows he has starred in.

Beau Bridges has an impressive acting resume. He has had several Emmy nominations and has won three Emmy Awards. He has starred in films spanning eight decades and 63 years. Beau also has some Broadway making his debut in 1966 performing in “Where’s Daddy?” In 1974 he starred in “Who’s Who in Hell.” Now 38 years later he is going back to a Broadway stage.
