Kinky Boots Atlanta | Fox Theatre

Glittery high-heeled boots are in style in Atlanta this spring! Kinky Boots, the smash hit and Tony-winning musical that has captivated the Great White Way, will be in town for the exciting 2015-2016 season of Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Atlanta. Opening on March 29, 2016, Kinky Boots has a limited week-long engagement at the Fox Theatre until April 3, 2016.

With six Tony Awards including Best Choreography, Best Score, and Best Musical, Kinky Boots will take its Atlanta audience from a Northampton shoe factory to Milan’s glamorous catwalks. Based on real-life events, Kinky Boots tells the inspirational tale of Charlie Price, the owner of a struggling shoe factory that specializes in gentleman’s shoes, and of Lola, a fabulous drag performer who needs new and durable stilettos for her shows. With the factory’s finances hanging precariously in balance, Charlie turns his business around with Lola’s help and discovers that they have so much more in common than he thought possible. A joyous celebration of friendship, Kinky Boots features book by Harvey Fierstein, score by Cyndi Lauper, and direction and choreography by Jerry Mitchell.

Don’t miss the performances of Kinky Boots at the Fox Theatre on March 29 to 31 (Tuesday to Thursday) at 7:30 PM, on April 1 (Friday) at 8 PM, on April 2 (Saturday) at 2 PM and 8 PM, and on April 3 (Sunday) at 1 PM and 6:30 PM. With a 15-minute intermission, Kinky Boots runs for 140 minutes.
