From the heart of Hollywood resounds Simba’s roar as The Lion King invades the Pantages Theatre for Broadway LA’s exciting 2013-2014 season. The Lion King, one of the most popular and top-grossing Broadway musicals, opens on November 20, 2013 and runs until January 12, 2014, just in time for Los Angeles’ festive holiday season.
The Lion King is the multi-award winning musical spectacular that has been dubbed as the No.1 musical in the world. Based on the phenomenal hit Disney animated film, The Lion King features a well-loved tale, breathtaking set designs, stunning costumes, and unforgettable musical score that make the African Pridelands pulsate with life on stage.
Go beyond the limits of imagination as The Lion King plays the Pantages Theatre on weeknights (Tuesdays to Fridays) at 7:30 PM, on Saturday evenings at 8 PM, and on Sunday evenings at 6:30 PM. There are also matinee performances every Saturday at 2 PM and every Sunday at 1 PM.
