New York Pops Concerts Features Matthew Morrison, Sutton Foster, Kelli O’Hara

Tony Award winner Sutton Foster and Tony Award nominees Matthew Morrison and Kelli O’Hara are among several other stars who will join the New York Pops for its 32nd season at Carnegie Hall. Pops musical director Steven Reineke will lead the orchestra in celebrating some of popular music’s great icons.

Reineke, described by The New York Times as a “polished, welcoming host” who is “young and vigorous, with a playful attitude,” said in a statement, “The New York Pops and I are excited to announce our concerts for next season. Not only will we once again feature our incredible musicians in an orchestra-only concert, we’ll be celebrating a unique facet of the popular songbook at each performance with some incredible artists. I’m looking forward to what I know will be another memorable year.”

Morrison and O’Hara will reunite for Kelli and Matthew: Home for the Holidays December 19 at 8PM. The evening will feature classic and contemporary holiday music for the audience to enjoy. Foster is set to make her Carnegie Hall debut with the Pops March 13, 2015, at 8 PM.
