Fresh off its sold-out and critically-acclaimed UK tour to its long standing run on Broadway, Phantom of the Opera makes its way to Orlando for the 2014/15 season of Broadway Across America Orlando. Opening on December 3, 2014, The Phantom of the Opera has a 16-performance engagement at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts until December 14.
Phantom of the Opera, Cameron Mackintosh’s magnificent new staging of the stunning Andrew Lloyd Webber classic, features new scenic designs, new choreography, new lighting, and that timeless score performed by an incredible cast backed by the stout 52-piece orchestra. One of the grandest productions presently on tour, this bigger and more stunning Phantom of the Opera is definitely a must-see!
Phantom of the Opera opens at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts on December 3 (Wednesday) at 8 PM. The regular weeknight (Tuesday to Friday) performances are at 8 PM while the weekend shows are at 2 PM and 8 PM every Saturdays and at 1 PM and 6:30 PM every Sunday, with a special matinee at 2 PM on December 4 (Thursday). Each performance runs for 160 minutes with a 20-minute intermission.
