The Denver Center Theatre Company 2012-2013 Season presents the seven-week run of Jane Austen”s “Sense and Sensibility” at The Stage Theatre from April 5, 2013 to May 26, 2013 as part of this season”s Denver Center Attractions.

In this magnificent musical adaptation of Austen”s captivating novel, revisit the Dashwood sisters” tempestuous world. Though they may be opposites in temperament, sisters Marianne and Elinor are both determined to find happiness and love despite their dire financial circumstances. As they struggle with soaring emotions, dashed hopes, and betrayal, they also must contend with their conflicting notions on what an ideal love should be. As one follows her head and the other follows her heart, they both find love in the end by remaining true to themselves.

Sense and Sensibility” plays at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts” The Stage Theatre nightly at 6:30 PM from Tuesday to Thursday and at 7:30 PM from Friday to Saturday. The special matinee performances are at 1:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
