The story of the little red-headed orphan girl has delighted audiences for decades. Now Annie returns to the stage in this new touring production directed by James Lapine and choreographed by Andy Blakenbuehler. Never lose faith in the hope that Tomorrow brings as bright-eyed Annie belt’s out the musical’s anthem. Sing along to other unforgettable tunes such as “It’s a Hard Knock Life,” “You’re Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile,” “Little Girls,” and the all-time feel good number, “I Don’t Need Anything But You.”
Join Annie as she melts the heart of millionaire, Daddy Warbucks, at the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center’s Belk Theatre in Charlotte. She will delight and charm her way into your hearts from July 14 to 19, 2014. The curtains rise at 7:30pm on Tuesday through Thursday; at 8:00pm on Friday and Saturday; and at 7:00pm on Sunday. Afternoon shows start at 2:00pm on Saturday, and 1:30pm on Sunday.
