Elf Salt Lake City | Eccles Theater

Elf Salt Lake City | Eccles Theater

Come get a taste of hilarious fun as the critically acclaimed Broadway musical, Elf, hits the Eccles Theatre in Salt Lake City for three days of matchless entertainment running from November 24th to 26th, 2017.

Based on the 2003 feature film and adapted by Tony-winning writers, Bob Martin and Thomas Meehan, Elf brings you into the world of Buddy, an orphan, who after a mysterious turn of events which sees him transported to the North Pole, realizes he is not an elf of Santa after all but a human being. Buddy locates his family in New York City only to discover that they do not believe in Christmas, which saddens him and inspires him to change this mentality and help New York as a whole realize the blessing of Christmas.

Elf, which was referred to as “a splashy, peppy, sugar-sprinkled holiday entertainment” by Charles Isherwood of The New York Times is really just that – sweet. Don’t miss it when it comes to SLC’s Eccles Theatre over Thanksgiving.
