Les Miserables, the musical epic that has swept the world, returns to Toronto as Mirvish brings this re-imagines production to the Princess of Wales Theatre this September.
Follow the journey of chain gang convict turned hero, Jean Valjean, in the timeless tale of honor, courage, love, and the struggle for freedom, Les Miserables. This new production of the classic musical by Claude Michel Schonberg and Alain Bloubil has been revamped to for the show’s 25th anniversary. The same tunes and heart-wrenching songs are given new life with stunning new staging inspired by paintings by French novelist Victor Hugo’s himself. Hear the people sing of freedom, love, pain, and honor in the immortal favorite, Les Miserables.
Don’t miss Les Miserables return to the Princess of Wales Theatre in downtown Toronto from September 28 through October 20, 2013. Performances will be at 7:30pm on Tuesdays through Saturdays, and at 1:30pm on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday for afternoon matinees. There are also additional shows scheduled at 7:30om on September 30th, and at 1:30pm on October 10th.
