Directed by the dynamic Tony Award winner, Diane Paulus and based on the 2007 movie, Waitress is a heart-warming and inspirational production about the life of a waitress and superb pie maker, Jenna Hunterson, who is merely going through the motions in her marriage to her husband Earl. Jenna breathes new life when she meets her new gynecologist. They begin an affair as Jenna makes plans to win an upcoming community pie contest with the aim of shaping her life as she wants it, obstacles be damned.

Enjoy the unique score written by Grammy nominated songwriter, Sara Bareilles as well as the awesome urban sets conceptualized by Scott Pask. Add these to the fervor and heavenly voices of the cast and it becomes less surprising that this production was referred to as “a little slice of Heaven” (Entertainment Weekly).
