Follow the yellow brick road to Florida as Wizard of Oz opens the New Year for Broadway Across America’s exciting 2013-2014 season in Fort Lauderdale on January 7, 2014. Wizard of Oz, the enchanting new production from Andrew Lloyd Weber, is slated to run at the Broward Center until January 19, 2013.

In Wizard of Oz, the new adaptation of L. Frank Baum’s all-time classic tale, join Dorothy and Toto as they journey to the Emerald City with Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Lion to see the famed wizard of the Land of Oz. Adapted from the well-loved MGM film, this new production of Wizard of Oz features all the unforgettable songs from the movie, all the iconic moments, and several surprises that are sure to delight its Fort Lauderdale audience.

Find out what lies over the rainbow as Wizard of Oz plays the Broward Center every evening at 8 PM from Tuesdays through Saturdays and at 6:30 PM on January 12 (Sunday). Aside from the special matinee performance at 2 PM on January 15 (Wednesday), there are also performances lined up every Saturday at 2 PM and every Sunday at 1 PM.
