The most exciting magical adventure awaits Fort Myers as Dorothy Gale comes to town to open the New Year for the stellar 2013-2014 Fifth Third Bank Broadway Series. Opening on January 21, 2014, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s brilliant new production of the classic Wizard of Oz will have a limited 8-performance engagement at the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall until January 26, 2014.
In Wizard of Oz, marvel at the beauty of the Oz and join Dorothy, Toto, and their newfound friends as they journey to Emerald City to meet the most powerful wizard in the land. Be on the lookout for the Wicked Witch of the West’s tricks and her army of winged monkeys out to foil Dorothy’s mission.
