Flashdance Hartford | Bushnell

A pop culture phenomenon is on its way to Hartford! Flashdance The Musical, the spectacular Broadway production currently celebrating its 30th anniversary, will be at The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts’ Mortensen Hall this fall. Opening on October 15, 2013, Flashdance plays in Hartford until October 20, 2013 as part of The Bushnell Center and Webster Bank’s Bushnell Broadway Series for 2013-2014.

While employed as a steel mill welder during the day and as a club dancer during the night, the lovely Alex Owens never lets go of her dream to qualify for the Shipley Dance Academy. At the core of Flashdance The Musical are its electrifying dance choreography, brilliant score, and inspiring plot.

Experience the power of dreams and love as Flashdance The Musical plays The Bushnell Center on October 15 to 20 (Tuesday to Sunday). The running time of Flashdance is 150 minutes, inclusive on a 15-minute intermission.
