Charlotte, tune in to Radio Ga Ga as the exhilarating 2013-14 Duke Energy Broadway Lights Series presents We Will Rock You. A worldwide smash-hit show, We Will Rock You will be at the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center’s Belk Theater from May 27, 2014 to June 1, 2014.
Set in the future when Earth has become the totalitarian iPlanet, We Will Rock You introduces a society where homogeneity, monotony, and un-originality reign and where rock music is an unknown concept. While society cultivates a population that act alike, think alike, and dress alike, a ragtag alliance of rebellious Bohemians wait for a hero to bring back the power of rock.
It’s time to rock harder than ever as We Will Rock You plays at the Belk Theater at 7:30 PM on May 27 to 29 (Tuesday to Thursday), at 8:00 PM on May 30 (Friday), at 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM on May 31 (Saturday), and at 1:30 PM and 7:00 PM on June 1 (Sunday).
